Dr.Prateek is the Director and Unit Head of Surgical Oncology at Fortis Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. He completed his MBBS and MS in General Surgery from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Aligarh, and pursued MCh in Surgical Oncology from Gujarat Cancer Research Institute, Ahmedabad. Dr. Varshney specializes in minimally invasive cancer surgeries, including laparoscopic and robotic procedures, with expertise in treating head and neck, breast, gastrointestinal, thoracic, gynecological, and urological cancers. With over 15 years in oncology, he has previously served at institutions like Metro Hospital & Cancer Institute, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, and Dharamshila Hospital & Cancer Research Institute. He is a certified robotic surgeon and an active member of several medical associations, including the Association of Surgeons of India (ASI), Indian Association of Surgical Oncology (IASO), and Foundation for Head and Neck Oncology (FHNO).
